The Association
Who We Are
The Canadian Hard of Hearing Association - Newfoundland and Labrador is the only charitable organization in the province committed to supporting individuals with hearing loss through education, awareness and communications programs. Our programs are directed toward individuals who primarily use oral communication in their everyday lives. More information on what we offer can be found here.
Funding and Community Support
Most of the funding for our organization comes from community lotteries. One of our most popular lottery campaigns is the Ultimate Dream Home Lottery. For more information on our lotteries, please click here.
Our community supports us in many ways. We are very grateful for the individuals who access our services and help us to spread the word. Other ways that individuals can support us include volunteering their time to help us with various projects, as well as by donating to our association.
Our Board
As a non-profit organization, the success of CHHA-NL is directly related to the commitment and skills of the volunteers it recruits.
