Provincial Hearing Aid Program (PHAP)
What is the PHAP Program?
PHAP provides 100% funding for hearing aids to NL residents (with a valid MCP) who are low income. Currently, the NL Department of Children, Seniors, and Social Development processes the applications. Eligibility is based on factors such as household income, expenses and savings.
