Help CHHA-NL Develop its New Strategic Plan
The Canadian Hard of Hearing Association-Newfoundland & Labrador (CHHA-NL) is working to develop it’s next three-year Strategic Plan (2025-2028). The strategic plan will be used by the Board of Directors, Staff and Volunteers to set the strategic goals, objectives and activities, that will assist the association to improve on or develop new programs and services to support persons with hearing loss. These activities will help people with hearing loss in this province to have an improved quality of life through better hearing, communication, and accessibility in all areas of daily living.
While the association continues to grow and offers a large and diverse number of programs and services, we’d like to hear your thoughts on what is currently being offered (good and not), and what it is that needs to be improved, changed or introduced over the next three years. The results of this survey will guide the decisions that will go into the development of the association’s next three-year strategic plan, so it’s very important to have your say, so please take a few minutes to complete the survey and return it by Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
To complete the survey online, continue with the form below but if you wish to complete it manually, please complete the questions below, print the survey, and mail to: Canadian Hard of Hearing Association-Newfoundland and Labrador (CHHA-NL) 1081 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, NL A1N 5G1
